About the Podcast

“Masculinity Now”

“We can not avoid that life will deliver pain along with joy, but it is the way we face our fears and summon the courage inside our hearts to overcome them that tests the ego and confidence.” Derek O’Neill

This quote is at the heart of Masculinity Now because strength is not about pretending, avoiding or performing. True strength begins when we stop running from ourselves.

Before anything else, this podcast is not about the outer idea of masculinity or any trend surrounding it. It is about the inner masculine – the part of us that holds clarity, presence, direction, and the courage to stay open, even when we’ve been hurt.

The Masculinity Now Podcast is therefore about inner leadership: about the resilience, integrity and inner backbone we so easily lose amidst the complexities of our inner and outer worlds.

It’s about returning to what already lives within us: the honesty, presence and groundedness that remind us that our greatest freedom begins when we open our hearts again.

I speak with men who are willing to share their stories, wounds, and insights openly.
I also record solo episodes to help us better understand our inner world – our patterns, our emotions and the pathways that lead us back to ourselves.

We talk about shame and guilt, loss and grief, love and responsibility, and the peace that comes when we stop hiding behind our story.

What began as a podcast “for and with men” has evolved.
Today, I also welcome women who offer clear and honest perspectives on masculinity and femininity – voices that build bridges rather than walls, creating space for understanding, trust and genuine connection.

Because what we need – as men, as women, and as a society – is not a new ideal to chase.
We need a deeper understanding of ourselves and each other and only then can we lead our lives from a place of truth, clarity and love.

About Arabella Tornow

Arabella Tornow is a hypnotherapist, intuitive coach, and host of the Masculinity Now podcast. She supports people in releasing old emotional conditioning, healing long-held wounds, and reconnecting with the truth beneath it all. Her work centres on transforming generational patterns and returning to who we are beneath the roles, defences, and stories we once learned to live by.

Her own journey has taken her through loss, inner fractures, and across continents – never linear, but always guided by an unmistakable inner voice.
Along the way, she encountered spiritual teacher Derek O’Neill, whose presence and teachings continue to shape her work today.

With a background in media and a deep sensitivity to the unseen, Arabella combines intuition and structure in a way that feels grounded and honest.
She creates spaces where people can meet themselves beyond old narratives – and rediscover a truth far more profound than any identity they were ever given: themselves.

Listen now

Intention

When the mind and heart reconnect, something within us falls away and something else begins to rise. The inner struggle grows quieter. We stop losing ourselves, stop performing or defending, and instead start listening again.

This podcast opens that space – a quiet return to the part of us that has always known where we belong. It also invites a question bigger than ourselves:

What if more of us lived and led from this inner truth?
What might our world look like then?

Let's
Collaborate

We are changing. The world is changing, too.
But real change doesn’t begin on the outside; it begins in the moments when something shifts within us.

It is our inner posture that makes the difference –
a way of relating to ourselves that brings us back to who we are and to what we truly want to create together.

When we act from this place of clarity, we’re no longer guided by the fear of what might break, but by what is ready to emerge.
